- View customer data.
- Request for check books.
- Transfer to the same account in different currencies.
- Watch currency rates.
- Modify the password.
These provisions relating to the Internet banking service constitute an important basis for the customer to understand his responsibilities and duties as a result of his use of the service, and exempt the bank from any uses or preparations that the customer did not perform as required:
- Although the Bank uses all possible security means to protect against the risks of opening up the Internet, the Bank is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the customer as a result of using the service, and that the customer alone bears all the risks resulting from the service.
- The bank provides the service to the customer, and the customer bears the responsibility for providing and maintaining the devices he has and all that is necessary for its operation in terms of expenses, expenses and communication fees. The presence of any viruses on the customer's device that may destroy or reveal his important data, so the customer alone bears all the consequences of that.
- The bank provides the customer with operating instructions that contain detailed information about the service, and obliges the customer to follow these instructions accurately.
- The customer may submit a written request to the bank through the approved forms to amend the available services.
- The bank has the right to withhold the service from the customer at any time for any period without giving any reasons.
- The customer agrees that the bank will use the information about him internally to provide him with information about new services.
- The customer acknowledges that he has seen and understood the mechanism of the service and that any guiding information provided by the bank is for guidance only and is not binding on the bank, and the bank is exempted from any liability in the event of irregularity or suspension of the service, or in the event of an error in the data extracted by it.
- The customer must change the passwords at the first login to the service, and he bears full responsibility for protecting the user code, passwords and any other information provided by the bank. He is also obligated to protect the passwords and not to leak them, and to keep them in safe places and to take care and caution if he uses the service. in public places. It also releases the Bank from any liability for any damages that may be incurred as a result of its non-compliance with that, or as a result of misuse of the service.
- The customer fully understands that the user code and passwords identify him. Therefore, he acknowledges that any operations carried out using (the user code and his passwords) - issued by him, and the bank considers any person who uses them to be the customer himself and considers the customer responsible for all operations carried out using his identification means.
- In the event that the customer requests a check book(s) through the service, the Bank shall study his request, and in the event of approval to issue the check book(s), the check book(s) shall be received from the concerned branch and the Bank shall be authorized to deduct the fees/commissions decided by the Bank for issuing the check book(s).
- The customer understands that the transfer is executed automatically and immediately according to the programming systems used in the service, if the transfer is to the same account of the customer or between the accounts of Iraq Noor Islamic Bank branches, and the amount is Debited from his account.
- The customer agrees that the bank will not transfer any amounts, if there is not enough balance in the account at the time the transfer is made, and also if the transfer amount exceeds the maximum allowable daily transfer in accordance with the bank’s regulations and the instructions of the Monetary Authority.
- The customer acknowledges that the bank is freed from any responsibility if he is unable to access the electronic services for any reason, and he also acknowledges that the bank has taken sufficient care in providing possible security, protection and encryption methods to protect the provided electronic services.
- The customer acknowledges that all the bank's records, as well as the electronic ones, are correct, conclusive and binding evidence, and he has no right to object or challenge them
- Both the bank and the customer acknowledge that the e-mail provided through the service constitutes a means of secure correspondence between them, so the exchange of electronic messages must be through this service only, and the bank considers the customer a recipient of every message that the bank sends to it.
- If the customer suspects that someone is accessing or tampering with his account through the service, or that the user code and passwords have been disclosed by another person, the customer is obliged to inform the bank as soon as possible, and then confirm that in writing, and the customer remains responsible for all amounts resulting from the use of the user code. And his passwords until the end of the day the bank receives a written notification from him.
- The service will be temporarily suspended if the wrong password is entered three times in a row when entering the service or executing transfers, and the customer must visit his branch in this case to reactivate the service or follow other procedures as approved by the bank.
- The bank has the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the contract after notifying the customer in writing / electronically at his address approved by the bank, and the expression is considered valid unless the bank receives a written / electronic objection from the customer within a week from the date of receipt. The bank also has the right to change the software used in the service and the services provided without Inform the customer in advance of this action.
- The customer acknowledges that he is aware of the seriousness of the transfer service from his account to the accounts of others and the transfer ceilings, and that the transfer does not take place except after registering the password, and the customer acknowledges that any transfer that takes place through the service is correct and that the transfer is carried out immediately and without reference to him.
- The customer acknowledges that the cell phone/mobile phone number is the guarantor of the self-registration process, and it is the approved method for sending the one-time password, noting that Iraq Noor Islamic Bank does not allow the customer to update or change the mobile number except through the branch only, and it is forbidden to update the mobile number through any other channel.
- The customer acknowledges that the bank does not bear any responsibility or liability, whether direct or indirect, for any liabilities, loss, damage or any expenses incurred by the customer as a result of using the service, especially if the damage was related to or resulted from one of the following:
- Use of the service via the Internet or the inability to use it.
- Errors in implementation, modification, cancellation or any error (regardless of its nature) made by the customer or his inability to correct errors.
- Any transfers made from his account to third party accounts through the service.
- Delay in executing the transaction for reasons beyond the control of the bank, regardless of its source.
- Criminal acts of forgery, fraud, professionals hacking computers, illegal entry, hacking into networks, using passwords by computer hackers, losing the password, or any other methods.
- The system crashes or stops working for any reason.
- Any other matters deemed appropriate by the bank.
- The bank continuously develops the service and considers the customer committed to all operations carried out through the plan and agrees to its mechanism of action and bears the responsibility for any errors that may arise.
- The customer acknowledges that he does not own any intellectual property rights over any of the programs, screens, or documents provided by the bank through this service or what he is developing from it, and that he will not allow others to do:
- By copying or modifying any of these programs or screens provided by the Bank.
- Download or transfer the electronic banking services programs from any other electronic device.
